The wine

A 100% Chardonnay from the Overberg, sourced near the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley and around 8 km from the ocean.

Fermented and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels, 30% new, with regular lees stirring.

Stone fruit, citrus and white-blossom notes combine with good minerality and integrated oak. Serve at 12–14°C.

Bottle size: 750 ml.
