The wine
A Stellenbosch blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon. Both varieties are fermented in French oak barrels and blended after approximately 10 months. No malolactic fermentation is allowed.
Lemon and lime, fynbos and buchu notes lead into a long finish with purity and minerality.
Serve at 10–12°C with seafood, green salads or sushi, or enjoy on its own.
Bottle size: 750 ml.
