The wine
A 100% Stellenbosch Sémillon from a small vineyard behind the Schaapenberg Hills, around 6 km from the ocean.
Barrel fermented and matured for 8 months in French oak, 50% new. Citrus and white-blossom notes meet a touch of spice, minerality and salinity, with a long, pure finish.
Serve at 10–12°C with linefish, oysters, sushi or Cape Malay dishes.
Bottle size: 750 ml.
