The wine
A pure Cabernet Sauvignon from the Helderberg and Simonsberg wards of Stellenbosch, available only in a 1.5-litre magnum.
Matured for 16 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, 40% new.
Red and black fruit, pencil shavings, spice and cedar unfold on the nose. Soft tannins and integrated acidity lead to a long finish. Enjoy now or allow further bottle maturation.
Bottle size: 1.5 L. Magnums may be ordered individually.
